For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.32 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.32 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) points out that the case on hand pertains to job racketing. It appears that from a number of persons, a sum to the tune of Rs.32,00,000/- was collected by assuring them that they would be sent to Japan for overseas employment. But they were sent to Malaysia and thereafter, they had come back.

CRL OP(MD). No.13893 of 2020 4.I am of the view that in a case of this nature, this Court cannot show any indulgence. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
5. At this stage, the petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is having certain serious bodily ailments. It appears that he had suffered Paralytic attack.
6. The respondent shall of course take note of the medical condition of the petitioner.
