PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to mutate the Patta Pass Book No.1365 in the name of "Gnanasundari Bakkiyanathan Charitable Trust" based on the consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2015 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to mutate the patta in the name of Gnanasundari Bakkiyanathan Charitable Trust.

It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation to that effect on 05.06.2015. Therefore it is for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass order on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
