2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the accused persons for creating bogus sale deed vide Document No. 302/2017 dated 09.03.2017 in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in survey No.188/1 measuring an extent of 23.50 Ares. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 17.05.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court only directs the first respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the petitioner and any other contesting respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that contempt will not lie on failure of the 2nd respondent to consider the representation within the time stipulated.
