O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to publish the result of the interview for the post of 'Office Assistant', as conducted by the 2nd respondent on 26.12.2016 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, by considering the petitioner's call letter MDU49529, dated 26.12.2016.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has attended the interview on 26.12.2016, but the respondents have not published the result so far. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court for the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondents are taking steps to publish the results. 5.Though a larger prayer has been sought for by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the same. However, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation in this regard to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
