The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2016 for relief seeking to enquire about the legal objection and to take necessary action as per the Municipalities Act.
2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
