ORDER

The petitioner is the complainant in the proceedings initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The 5th respondent has evaded the said proceedings initiated against him. Therefore, a NonBailable Warrant was issued against him by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari on 13.02.2025. Though the warrant was received by the respondent Police, the same has not been executed till date. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that they have identified the accused. They will secure the accused and produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of one week. 2/4
