ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide appropriate cooperation for implementing the proceedings of the first respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.7334/2016/A2, dated 20.08.2016 wherein the first respondent permitted the petitioner for laying pipe line in and over the Government poromboke lands in Survey Nos.149/3, 157 and 158/3 situated at Thettupatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District to transmit water from one patta land to other patta land for his agricultural purpose.

2.Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the petitioner, after getting permission from the first respondent to lay pipeline in his patta land, the petitioner has commenced work but the second respondent is not extending any co-operation for the above said work. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Village Administrative Officer did not prevent the petitioner from laying pipe line and he is ready and willing to extend assistance if any required as per law to the petitioner for the above said purpose. 5.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
