For Petitioner : Mr.T.Selvan For R1 to R3 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's husband has executed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner under a registered settlement deed dated 16.08.2022 and as there were disputes raised in respect of the said document, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.65 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli seeking 2/6

declaration and injunction and the same is pending against the other unofficial respondents. It is further submitted that in respect of the dispute pending between the parties, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 police under the influence of other unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 11 are directing the petitioner to cancel the document.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent police have enquired the representation given by the respondent No.6 dated 31.01.2023 in respect of the landed property and once they came to know that the petitioner has filed O.S.No. 65 of 2023 and the same is pending consideration, the said representation was closed advising both the parties to settle the disputes in the civil Court.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.05.2023 and subsequently, the respondent police have closed the representation of the petitioner. It is also submitted that subsequent to the closure of the representation, the petitioner has not received any call from the respondent Nos.1 to 3 police. The same is recorded. 3/6

5.Considering the circumstances, since the dispute pending between the parties is purely civil in nature and the same is pending before the civil Court and also the police have already directed both the parties to settle the disputes before the civil Court, this Petition is closed.
