O RDER This petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.285 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.1 police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is ready and the police are going to file the charge sheet within short time. The same is recorded.

3.Since the very purpose of filing of this petition has already been defeated on account of the completion of the investigation by the police, this Petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case if he is advised so. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
