ORDER

The petitioner is a senior citizen. He has filed maintenance petition before the Maintenance Tribunal. The Maintenance Tribunal is expected to dispose of the petition within three months. 2.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned proceedings and pass final order merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put all the interested persons including the private respondents herein on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
