ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.6(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.7149 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 in connection with the Crime No.3 of 2002 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order was uploaded on the official website only on 29.05.2025, and therefore, it was difficult for the petitioner to comply with the conditions stipulated therein, viz, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on all working days at 10:30 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner is further directed to appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even for a single day. Hence, he strongly objects to allow this petition.
4. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
