(in both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.N.Dilip Kumar For Respondents : Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioners' name from the rowdy list maintained on the file of the second respondent police station as sought in the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated the contentions raised in the affidavit. In support of his contention, he would rely upon the judgment of this Court reported in 2020(2) Law Weekly (Crl) 226, [Thirumurugan Vs. Superintendent of Police].

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioners, dated 28.08.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the petitioners' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
