Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that he has been excommunicated and that he is not allowed to participate in the petition mentioned temple festival. 2/4

3. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents categorically states that they have not prevented and they will not prevent anybody from participating in the temple festival or offering their worship.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
