ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.193 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that while pending the anticipatory bail petition, the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
