ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025. 1/4

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent, conduct an enquiry, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the allegations are found to be true, the respondents shall proceed further in accordance with law.
