This petition is filed seeking quashment of the proceedings in S.T.C.No.209 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II (Magistrate Level), Madurai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned to 26.07.2021. On that date also there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that 313 Cr.P.C., proceeding was already over before the Trial Court and at this stage, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. Therefore, it was ordered to be listed today ie., 02.08.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even, today ie., 02.08.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
