Pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.166 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai dated 09.02.2018 confirming the judgment and passed in O.S.No.120 of 1999 on the file of the District Munsif, Pudukottai dated 07.08.2008.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.POORNACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 230 days in representing the Second Appeal.

Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 18.03.2020, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
