PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal dated 11.08.2021 in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.280 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.280 of 2013, in which, the petitioner filed I.A.No.2 of 2019 seeking permission to amend the plaint. The same was dismissed on 11.08.2021. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

2. It is reported that during the pendency of this petition, suit in O.S.No.280 of 2018 itself was dismissed.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the judgment and decree in 2/4

O.S.No.280 of 2018 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
