The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer of the petitioner who is working as a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Nelkattumseval transferred to VD Neduvayal, Kadayanallur Block, 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and the instructions given by the Chief Secretary to the Government has not been complied with while passing the transfer order.
3. For the contrary, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has produced the application submitted by the petitioner 2/5
during the counseling and submits that it is the petitioner who had sought for being transferred to the place as per his favour.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner himself had submitted the application seeking himself to be transferred to the present place, I find no merits in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities seeking transfer to any other place in that regard. No costs.
