This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent/Inspector of Police not to interfere with the civil matter pending before the District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal in O.S.No. 46 of 2022 and given a representation dated 23.07.2022. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the fourth respondent is the owner of the property and the petitioner is not ready to hand over the property. He further submitted that pertaining to the property in dispute, two criminal cases were registered against the petitioner, in which, one case in Crime No.56 of 2022 and another case in 2/4

Crime No.85 of 2022 and the same are pending and the petitioner has also filed a civil suit, hence, I do not find any merit in this petition. 4.In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
