(MD) No. 6876 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6876 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6876 of 2019 on 15/05/2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
