ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice, dated 08.10.2016 issued by the first respondent calling upon the petitioner to give explanation as to why the petitioner's contract should not be terminated.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though it is termed as notice, virtually, order of termination of her contract has been issued.

notice. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit her objection before the first respondent as directed by the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
