RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the period of two weeks imposed by the order in Crl.O.P.No.12500 of 2018 dated 23/07/2018 in Crime No.196 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12500 of 2018, dated 23.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) each to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
