This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction from this Court to forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the fourth respondent/complainant died on 20.10.2020 and recording the same, the complaint of the fourth respondent was closed and the respondent 2 and 3 are not interfering with the civil dispute in any manner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
