ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption ' For Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 03.07.2023 and the requisition submitted by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR) (FAC), Madurai in D.No.713/2025 dated 18.06.2025 seeking further six months time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2021 this Court made the following Order:

'This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of

time'' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2021 pending on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai.

2. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) (FAC), Madurai. has sent a letter in D.No.713/2025 dated 18.06.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.07.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) (FAC), Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, five months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in future.'
