The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of rejection in respect of the petitioner's application in No.TN-5202007101853, dated 10.07.2020 and to direct the respondents to issue Scheduled Caste Community Certificate to the petitioner.

2. After some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry in this regard.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and the letter to be circulated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
