ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to forward the proposal to the District Collector, Kanayakumari District so as to enable her to get appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.952, Home Police Department, dated 19.11.2013 by considering her representation dated 01.05.2014 and reminder dated 21.05.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
3.The prayer sought by the petitioner to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2015 has already been responded by the respondents on 12.06.2015 itself as found in page 15 of the typed set of papers filed in support of this writ petition. 4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a fresh representation has been made and is pending before the respondents.
5.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
