ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2020 with regard to issuance of patta in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.155/2, situated at Kodalvavi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul after making necessary corrections in the Revenue Records within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the authorities have taken a view that the petitioner may not be entitled to any relief sought for in his representation dated 19.09.2020 and he fairly accepted that the communication of the Tahsildar, Madurai West https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.17307 of 2020 Taluk, dated 21.10.2020 was received by him. Further, he submitted that on receipt of the final order, he may be permitted to challenge the same.
4. Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the official communication of the second respondent was received by the petitioner, but final order is yet to be passed by the authorities. He further submitted that the authorities is going to pass orders rejecting the request of the petitioner as per the communication dated 21.10.2020 issued to him by the second respondent.
5. Hence, the authority shall communicate the final order within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the same.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
