The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent District Registrar in Na.Ka.No.4236/A2/2016 dated 24.10.2016 and to direct the 2nd respondent District Registrar to register forthwith the petitioner's Form VII in respect of the petitioner's society. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that during the pendency of the writ petition, parties have gone before the Civil Court and the Civil Court has passed orders and in pursuance thereof the second respondent has passed proceedings dated 28.03.2017 filing Form VII and the same was registered. 3.In view of the subsequent developments pending disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. There is no order as to costs.
