O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

3. When the matter was called for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the fifth respondent is, in fact, the daughter-in-law of 2/5

the petitioner. She was appointed as a Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds following the unfortunate demise of the petitioner's son. The Special Government Pleader further contended that the present writ petition has been filed with an ulterior motive, seeking a direction to the third respondent to cancel the appointment of the fifth respondent. It was argued that this matter pertains to an internal family dispute and therefore, should be addressed by the appropriate forum.

4. Admittedly, the matter appears to be a personal family dispute and therefore, this writ petition lacks merit and the petitioner has failed to present any legal grounds that warrant intervention by this court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
