ORDER

According to the petitioner, against the order granting patta in favour of the petitioner, the second respondent filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer which is still pending. The first respondent directed the parties to appear on 23.09.2016 for enquiry. Admittedly, the petitioner has appeared before the first respondent for enquiry and submitted his explanation. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the second respondent.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
