ORDER
These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1405 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, to set aside the abatement, and to bring on record the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the Second Appeals.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent.
3. The Second Appeals were dismissed on 08.04.2025, with liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant to seek restoration of the appeal. Consequently, the present applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay, setting aside the abatement, and bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to allow the petitions, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the first respondent within a period of one week from today.
