CRL OP(MD). No.11047 of 2019 3.Petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners herein. The petitioners 1, 2, 5 and 6 are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners 3 and 4 shall appear before the respondent police on 07.09.2019 at 10.30 a.m. If the First Information Report is to be registered against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for relief.
