ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.17019 of 2019, dated 01.08.2020, has not been complied with, the petitioners have come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already an opportunity was given to the petitioner and the enquiry was also conducted and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
