ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner should not be dispossessed from the land in Survey No.277/3 measuring an extent of 0.03.0 hectares situated at Viralimalai Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District, without following due process of law.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to any patta, as the said land is a poramboke land and therefore, if any step is taken to evict the petitioner from the said land, it would be done only by following the due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
