Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to take necessary criminal appropriate action based on the Petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2020 and subsequent representation dated 01.12.2020 and entrust the investigation to the 6th respondent for a fair and impartial investigation and to direct the 6th respondent to file periodic reports to this Court on the progress made in the investigation.

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representations dated 05.06.2020 & 01.12.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the fifth respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 07.06.2021.
