ORDER

According to the petitioner, the second and third respondents claimed to be the power of attorney of one Soundararajan entered into a sale agreement with the petitioner in respect of the property belongs to Soundararajan and also received a sum of Rs.40 lakhs. Subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the above Soundarajan died on 24.03.2007 itself and the second and third respondents have cheated him. Hence, he has made a criminal complaint against the respondents 2 and 3 and he has also made a representation to the respondents requesting them not to register any document in respect of the above said property in favour of any one.

forbearing the first respondent from registering document in respect of the property in dispute. There is no merit in the writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.14771 of 2016 is closed.
