ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 7th respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 7th respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.K1(2)/ 18843/322/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that an allegation has been made against this petitioner by the 7th respondent to the effect that he has encroached 715 sq.fets., land, which belongs to the complainant. So, the parties were advised to resolve their dispute by measuring the property. The 7th respondent has also agreed to the aforesaid advise.

Based upon that, the complainant gave a statement to the effect that he will resolve the dispute by measuring the property by taking appropriate steps. On that basis, it was closed on 19.09.2021. There was an agreement between the parties before the Enquiry Officer to measure the property and workout the issue. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as the parties, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
