ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police have not conducted investigation on her complaint. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the complaint of the petitioner was registered in CSR No.493 of 2025, enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed as civil in nature. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. 25.06.2025 DSK 2/4
