For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anandhadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1543 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.3, 5 and 6, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 465, 471 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.1543 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have received a sum of Rs.8.76 lakhs from five victims on the false promise of providing job in abroad. Thereafter, he has fabricated the order or providing job and the same has been issued to them. Hence, the present complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.8.76 lakhs from five victims on the false promise of providing job in abroad. Thereafter, he failed to get a job and also refused to return the money.

6.It is seen that totally there are six accused, in which, the petitioners have been arrayed as A3, 5 and 6. Even in the FIR, the petitioners have received a sum of Rs.8.76 lakhs from five victims from five victims on the false promise of providing job in abroad. 7.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact the petitioners have committed very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

8.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
