ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.17 of 2020 dated 07.12.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The case in Crime No.17 of 2020 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420, 294(b), 506 (i) and 120 (b) of IPC on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner on 07.12.2020.
3.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 8 months, no progress has been made in the investigation. Hence, this petition.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been undertaken and they will complete the investigation within a period of three months and will file a final report before the concerned court. 5.Considering the nature of offences alleged and at request of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13983 of 2021 direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a find report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the process is over, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry. 6.With the above direction, this petition is allowed.
