O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to strictly instruct the respondent No.2 and 3 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering his representation dated 26.09.2018 in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that even though the petitioner is a history sheeter, there is no petition and enquiry pending before the second respondent police station and hence, there is no harassment on the petitioner.
