ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, vide in letter D.No.636/2024 dated 04.10.2024 and the letter submitted the Principal District Judge, Tenkasi vade in letter D.No.A1/5851/2024, datee 08.10.2024, this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil sent a letter, dated 04.10.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2017,

pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 07.08.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 04.10.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2017. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.81 of 2017.
