ORDER

The petitioner was working as a Milk Vendor in the 2nd respondent society from 14.01.1983 onwards; thereafter, he was promoted as Chief Milk Vendor; while so, he was suffering from Acute Cerebrovascular problem, for which, he was admitted in Christian Medical College, Vellore, on 30.08.2014 and discharged on 03.09.2014; thereafter, when the petitioner became fit for joining duty, he obtained a Fitness Certificate dated 15.08.2016; despite production of the Fitness Certificate, the petitioner was not permitted to join duty; therefore, he made a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 14.09.2016 requesting the respondents to permit him to join duty and to pay the arrears of salary; that representation was not considered and therefore, the petitioner has filed this Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit him to join the services as Chief Milk Vendor in the respondent society by considering his representation dated 14.09.2016. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2016 and to pass orders.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2016, in the light of the Fitness Certificate of the petitioner dated 15.08.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
