This Writ Petition is filed for seeking direction to directing the respondents 1 to 6 to direct the respondents 7 to 15 not to excommunicate the petitioner and his community in participating Oorkavalan Kovil Padaiyal festival to be conducted on 02.08.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
