Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action against the Respondents 3 & 5 for misusing their police power and interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent and to help the 6th respondent to forcefully taken possession of petitioner's property property in Survey No.29/2 to the extent of 58 Cents Western Side agricultural land situated at Meignapuram Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his brother has attempted to trespass into his property and create forged document as if he is in possession of the property, has lodged a complaint on 11.06.2025 and filed this writ petition that the complaint of the petitioner was not considered by the respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner has lodged a similar complaint in the month of 2025 and the same was enquired on 13.05.2025 and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sathankulam Division, Thoothukudi District has also enquired the same on 02.06.2025 and closed the same with liberty to workout his remedy before the civil Court. A copy of the closure report has also furnished before this Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the fourth respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
