O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with a grievance that without following due process of law, he was summarily evicted by the authorities. Similar contention was taken by the petitioner herein in W.P.(MD)No.13412 of 2017. The petitioner was the sixth respondent in the said Writ Petition. We have, by order dated 10 August, 2017, granted liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action, if he is aggrieved.

2. In view of the said observation, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. We make it clear that

this order would not stand in the way of the petitioner initiating appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authorities in the subject matter.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
