This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2021 and to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

WP(MD). No.16974 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 03.10.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
