ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 420, 467, 468 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.16 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's father executed a general power of attorney in favour of the first accused and subsequently, died on 07.01.2009. After demise of the Principal, the petitioners and other accused colluded with each other and executed the documents among themselves. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police and perused the records.

CRL OP(MD). No.14023 of 2022 4.On perusal of the records, it shows that originally the accused namely, Kaliyappan, Krishnakumar, veluchamy and Karuppasamy filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14222 of 2021 and the same came to be dismissed on 01.03.2022. Later, another application was filed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15671 of 2021 and the same was also dismissed on the ground that there was no change in circumstances on 22.10.2021. Now, suppressing all the earlier proceedings, this petition has been filed by adding the co-accused.
5.In view of the aforesaid suppression of fact, the petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
