ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the police to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2022. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a complaint alleging that a person, by name Subash Chandrabose has committed rape on her.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner herself has not cooperated with the enquiry and the police would complete the preliminary enquiry and close the matter within a period of four weeks. 4.During the course of arguments, Mr.T.Veerakumar learned counsel appeared on behalf of the wife of Subash Chandrabose/the proposed accused make certain allegations on the petitioner.

5.By recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the circumstances of the case, the wife of Subash Chandrabose is directed to make her submissions before the police during the course of enquiry of the petition given by the petitioner and the police concerned are also directed to consider the representation being given by the wife of Subash Chandrabose while disposing of the representation dated 21.03.2022. The petitioner is also directed to make her submissions before the respondent police. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
